Request

Purpose:
Undertake an internship opportunity at Watts(Taizhou), be responsible for on site support for HR affairs  

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1. HR related material preparation and report generating    
2. Employees’ personal files management
3. Assist team on recruiting, training, E&R fields

Qualification:
Education:
1. Prefer University sophomore/junior students
2. Strong passion in HR field, has experience as HR preferred

Required Experience:
1. At least 4 days/week and long term internship is preferred
2. Beginner accepted

Basic Abilities:
1. Full time internship and 6 months is required(4 days a week at least)
2. Major in Human Resource/Social law/Language preferred
3. Gook Microsoft office  skill (word, excel, power point, etc)
4. Possess a basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and related country regulations

Required Competency:
1. Fluent in spoken and written English
2. Bachelor degree or above, prefer junior grade students
3. Willing to learn; Proactive, Good communication
