Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime.
2.Complete the maintenance task according to the maintenance schedule, assistant to update the maintenance plan.
3.Establish and implement equipment TPM and contingency plan.
4.In charge of new production line setup and equipment moving and overhauling.
5.Responsible for spare part preparation, control maintenance cost and spare parts safety stock to avoid machine breakdown.
6.Responsible for equipment maintenance and management according to quality system requirement.
7.Attend daily fast response meeting and issue track.
8.Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting.
9.Completes other jobs assigned by supervisor.
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or related.
2.Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and lubrication.
3.At least 5 years’experience on mechanical maintenance.
4.Familiar with mechanical failure analysis and problem solving.
5.Familiar with Auto CAD.
6.Good English skill at reading and writing.
7.Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure.
